14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We want you to be confident Blue Vet is right for your clinic. If you're not satisfied within 14 days of your first paid charge, email us at support@bluevet.app and we'll issue a full refund — no questions asked.
Who Qualifies
- The refund applies to your first paid month only.
- The request must be made within 14 days of the first charge.
- Subsequent renewals are not refundable, but you can cancel anytime to prevent future charges.
How to Request a Refund
- Email support@bluevet.app from the email address on your account.
- Include: clinic name, order/transaction ID from LemonSqueezy (optional but speeds things up).
- We will process the refund within 5 business days.
- Funds typically return to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
After a Refund
Once a refund is issued, your subscription ends immediately and your access to the Service is revoked. Clinic data is retained for 30 days to allow recovery or export, then permanently deleted.
Non-Refundable Items
- Charges older than 14 days
- Subscriptions where the account has been terminated for violation of our Terms
- Currency conversion differences
Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account page or by emailing support. Cancellation stops future charges — you keep access until the end of your current billing period.
